Responsibilities: Interns will be involved in various customer service tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting with customer inquiries and problem resolution
  • Conducting research and analysis on customer service trends
  • Supporting customer onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Assisting with customer documentation and record-keeping
  • Participating in customer service projects and initiatives
